Welcome to our monthly HumanistsMN Science Fiction Book Club! Participate every month — or as you are able. This month’s pick is “The City and The City” by China Mieville. It is a complex novel about a murder investigation in two cities that occupy the same space simultaneously — but are completely different. The novel has a noir, existential feel about it that is complicated, overwhelming, and thrilling.
.
The book discussion will be from 3:00—4:30. Afterwards, join other Secular Saturday session attendees in the gallery for refreshments and socializing.
