Reflect and Redirect for 2023 (part 1)

Most of us want more meaningful guidance than resolutions as we begin a New Year. The long nights and quiet days of midwinter are conducive to reflecting on the past year and contemplating intentions for the new year to come.

Join us for this two-session event. The first meeting (Sat., Jan. 7th) we’ll explore the past year and the second meeting (Sat., Jan. 14th) we’ll envision our own personal 2023. You’re welcome to attend either or both of these events.

FORMAT: Print out the free Year Compass booklet (link below) and bring it with you. If you have a record of your activities in 2022, it will be helpful to have with you. After a brief introduction, we’ll alternate periods of silent writing with a few breaks to discuss how the process is going and any questions or discoveries. Each person is welcome to share at a level they are comfortable with.

Please plan to write “unplugged” — bring the booklet and your favorite writing pen/pencil, and let’s see what we come up with!
