HABITS OF HUMANISM — Spring Renewal through Mindful Living

Spring in here! Time for some spring cleaning — both metaphorically and literally. Join us this month to take stock of the mental and physical clutter we might discard through the discipline of spring cleaning. We’ll take inspiration from the natural world as we look to mindful practices that offer the possibilities for cleansing, renewal, and rejuvenation.

We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by discussion. Attendees are invited to share their own life experiences and lessons with the group.

All are welcome in the spirit of compassion as we seek to support one another toward greater well-being.

Each month we explore a different aspect of mindfulness and its associated practice from a secular humanist and naturalist perspective — drawing on the experience and wisdom of participants. This month’s session is facilitated by Audrey Kingstrom, Humanist Celebrant and HumanistsMN Program Coordinator.

This event is sponsored by HumanistsMN. If you are not yet a member, please consider joining to help us cover our costs and build the humanist movement. Not ready to join? Donations are gratefully accepted! Join or donate at humanistsmn.org
