Coffee and Current Events

Note: Due to a scheduling conflict, this month’s Coffee and Current Events Meetup will be held on the third Friday, at the usual time and place.

Our monthly series of live Coffee and Current Events get-togethers will again be held at its customary home, Dunn Brothers Coffee in Loring Park. So let’s enjoy their great coffee, pastries, and other fare while we discuss the critical social and political issues of the day as well as intriguing but less momentous matters suggested by you and other participants.

While taking action to make the world a better place is commendable, sometimes we just need to unwind at the end of the week and talk things over with people who share our concerns. The conversation will be lightly facilitated–on an as-needed basis–by our host. But there’s no need for preparation on your part, so come as you are!
