Each month we will explore a different aspect of mindfulness and its associated practice from a secular humanist and naturalist perspective — drawing on the experience and wisdom of participants. Facilitated by Audrey Kingstrom, Program Coordinator for HumanistsMN and Humanist Celebrant.
